This reserve management plan outlines the Waikato District Council (Councils) and community vision for Woodlands Estate (Woodlands).
The changing of Cliff Street into a one-way street was suggested by the Raglan Community Board (RCB).
A 2016 review of the Waikato District Council Cemeteries Bylaw restricted the pre-purchasing of plots to only when a relative was to be buried.
Feedback was asked for in 2019 on the current Raglan kerbside food waste collection service.
A community hub has been proposed for Whatawhata and an investigation was undertaken to assess the feasibility of this project along with consultation with the community
The Waikato District Blueprint work to achieve the overall vision established by Council for the district to create Liveable, Thriving and Connected Communities.
This reserve management plan provides direction for the future development, management and use of these reserve areas.
Following a hearing on the 3rd February 2020, Council approved the proposed amendments to the Speed Bylaw at their extraordinary meeting on 06 May 2020.
